What is your favorite, we want to know! We believe in making places and spaces that value the customer and make you want to come back again and again.

Enough about us, what does Red Deer have to offer?

Red Deer has a lot of good stuff going on. One of our favorite's is the Gasoline Alley Farmer's Market. So many unique local businesses' with high quality products. Some of our most frequent stops are Organic by Dovganyuk Bakery, (everything is delicious, we especially love the sausage cheese buns, cinnamon buns, and all the sourdough bread, their bread never hurts my stomach. Birdy Coffee Co. (we often stock their coffee here), Chi's Tea Company, (try the Mystic Chai), Innisfail Growers, (amazing carrots), Lacombe Fresh, (delicious fresh veggies), Nixon Honey, and Irving's Farm Fresh (great eggs, milk and amazing butter). Bo's Bar and Stage is known for delicious nacho's and great show's and event's. Occam's Razor has incredible cocktails, Shiso's avocado maki (with shrimp) is worth a try. If you like breakfast, Hash Breakfast Eatery is a must, it has such a great atmosphere and the food is top notch, definitely one of our most favorites. Pupuseria Cristy Inc is a delicious Latin American restaurant/grocery store found downtown, the Taco Birria is a must try and usually available on Thursdays. Pure Earth Organics is our favorite little grocery store with some great on the go meal options. Dose coffee is located next door and is known for their top notch coffee. Forno, Westlake Grill, Taco Loft, The Granary, Cilantro and Chive, and Pho Thuy Duong are all well rated local restaurants.

Heritage Ranch has guided horseback rides, Bower Ponds has paddle boat/canoe/kayak and ice skating rentals. Mackenzie Ponds is beautiful and a likely place to come across a beaver, moose, and many Canadian geese depending upon the season. Kerry Wood Nature Center, Gaetz Lakes Migratory Bird Sanctuary, Imagination Grove, Fort Normandeau, Discovery Canyon, Three Mile Bend, Sunnybrook Farm, Alberta Sports Hall of Fame are all awesome and worth checking out, and are all connected through the trail system, wonderful for walking, biking or renting an electric scooter. Red Deer is known for their incredible trail systems. City Hall is a beautiful flower garden in the summer and a magical place to see uncountable amounts of Christmas lights in the Christmas season. Worth walking through or even a slow drive by when its cold out. Always check out local events, there are often good sporting, music and arts events happening around the city. Canyon Ski Hill is great for skiing/snowboarding but also has fun tubing options available, as well as an outdoor coaster in the summer. There are many great golf courses locally, Riverbend being the closest the this residence. Sometimes Red Deer gets a bad rap, but she is growing and blooming and so many locals are creating awesome and unique spaces that will make you fall in love. There are many cities where options are so low you must live a franchise lifestyle, not so here, you just need to know where to look! So welcome, and enjoy!
